If you require a schedule not listed above, please do not hesitate to contact the nursery manager for availability.

Government funding covers 15hpw or 30hpw for 38 weeks per year and Parents/Guardians are responsible for the cost of the remaining hours of nursery care.

Parents/Guardians who wish to purchase additional hours on top of the 15 or 30 funded hours can access nursery provision in a flexible way Monday to Friday according to their needs and in an agreement with the nursery as per availability.

Siblings: Discretionary10% deducted from one child’s fees where siblings attend the same sessions and whichever child has the lower fees.

Registration for non-funded hours/sessions: a non-refundable fee of 150.00 is payable upon registration.

Deposit for non-funded hours/sessions: 400.00 to be paid on registration. The deposit is refundable on leaving the nursery, provided one calendar month notice (on the first of the month) has been given in writing.

Emergency days: 150.00 payable at the time of booking.

Late collection of your child: 100.00 ph (25.00 for every 15 min.).

Payment of fees: fees are paid monthly in advance due on the 1st of every month by direct debit and are calculated as follows: monthly fee = weekly fee x 52/12. Our fees are reduced the month after your child's 2nd birthday. Please note that there is no reduction in fees for any cause of absence for example: holiday, sickness or nursery closure (incl. holiday, maintenance, weather, emergencies, etc.).

Late fees: late payment of fees will incur charges.
